In my free time I enjoy being outdoors.  I have been a life long runner, swimmer, and cyclist.  Currently my main focus is participating in off road triathlons called Xterra, racing in local mountain bike races, and local running races. In 2012 I had the privilege of representing the United States at the ITU Cross World Championship in Pelham, Alabama.

I also keep busy in my workshop, where I design and build furniture and I enjoy collection Construction Equipment Models.
